Refund policy
In accordance with European regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. During this period, the customer may return the product without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear written communication, via email or mail, specifying their intention to return the product. The standard withdrawal form, available upon request, can be used but is not mandatory.
The customer must return the goods within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
Once the return is received and the item is verified to be in its original, unused condition, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products purchased in final sale or special discount, as these items are considered sold as "non-returnable," and the sale is final. Additionally, products that are customized or made-to-order for the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted for return.
